Our (second) driveway

Our first contractor, Ron, created an adequate and usable driveway with a culvert. Our county inspector said we needed to redo it with concrete culvert and a concrete apron. So....

A new contractor excavated for the apron and removed the existing culvert.

In accordance with the county inspector's requirement Matt poured and troweled the concrete apron on a rainy and windy day in September.

Along with the changes to the driveway I expanded the emergency vehicle access to the south of the garage and a bit more to the east.

After some landscaping and completion of the disperson trench we were ready for the final inspection. And we passed, so that we now were able in October to live in or house that was completed in May.
