Real flower beds

In 2024 we had so many bulbs that we didn't know where to put them - we had just one prepared flowerbed. So we ended up with raised beds crowded with flowers and just a one crowded with veggies.

For 2025 we added two raised beds and Maura prepared two more flowerbeds next to the house and we planned our vegetables in the raised beds and flowers in the flowerbeds and in pots on the decks and at the driveway.

So this year we had waves of tulips, jonquils, marigolds and miscellaneous flowers donated by neighbors.

A highlight of the new beds was in the front of the house with lots of varieties and colors.

And the calendula in the south flowerbed surged to take it over.
