Delivery of appliances

Kitchen dishwasher, cook stove and microwave came with the house, but we needed to provide refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer. We were able to take advantage of some great sale prices for these.

Their delivery required the house be ready - electricity and water connected, flooring and moldings installed, and, finally, everything was ready.

Only two fellows unloaded the appliances and carried them into the house. It was interesting to see how they used straps over their shoulders to carry each one through the front door and into the kitchen and utility room.

Maura had researched and planned for this refrigerator for months so this was a highlight of the month.
