Breaking ground

Our 'dirt guy" Ron began clearing an area to allow large trucks and equipment to get to the property and to clear areas for the future house and garage.

He continued down past the old horse barn "the shed" to where we explored for the best place to build the house

The preliminary work done, Ron dug a trench from the water well to the area where we intended to build a pump house.

Then we drove stakes to outline the shape of the house and cleared an area to be a pad for the house.
